This document was created by Ottawa Cyber Safety in order to provide an easy to print 2-page document of helpful information you can reference any time you are worried about being the victim of a scam.
The document does not go into details of specific scams, but is meant to educate you on the warning flags that might indicate a scam. Scammers can be quite clever and change up slight details to make an entirely new scam.
It's better to know the warning signs of a scam so you can identify new scams before they become commonplace.
